We prefer that you are home during the beginning of the job especially if we are also doing work on the inside so we can get acquainted with the layout, pets etc. You don't have to be there the entire duration as long as we are instructed on how to lock up or secure your home once we leave.

Our main chemical we use for almost everything is dawn dish soap. It is safe, does not harm plants and safe with pets as well. On occasion there may be need for harsher chemicals but we take the proper and necessary precautions to ensure that they are used in a safe manner.

Foggy windows or what we like to call failed panes happens when the seal that binds the 2 panes of a window starts to either break due to the sun/heat causing moisture to buildup between the panes and eventually fogging or burning the glass. Unfortunately, the only solution to that is to have someone come out and repair the window or replace it. Both options are usually almost the same price.

Paint, stucco,silicon, stickers and any other adhesives can generally be removed from your window with water and a special window cleaning blade. We do charge differently for this because it is a more tedious process and involves extra care and attention to detail as to not scratch or damage your glass.

We are more than happy to only clean your exterior windows as some of our customers only request that.
